Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the bespoke nature and high value of Lovora pieces, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges. Each item is carefully handcrafted and personalized, which makes it unique and non-refundable under typical circumstances.
If you believe your piece is faulty or was damaged during delivery, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order.
